8. Radio Licence & Safety Certificate

Both are mandatory once a vessel passes 10 metres, and included automatically at that size — below 10 metres they're optional extras.

9. Deletion Certificate From a Previous Flag

Only relevant if the vessel currently flies another country's flag and needs deregistering first.
